Revocation of consent to data processing

4. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Wenn Sie uns per Kontaktformular Anfragen zukommen lassen, werden Ihre Angaben aus dem Anfrageformular inklusive der von Ihnen dort angegebenen Kontaktdaten zwecks Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen bei uns gespeichert. Diese Daten geben wir nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weiter.

Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Queries via email, telephone or fax

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content-related design or modification of the legal relationship, (inventory data). This occurs on the basis of Article 6(1b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data arising through the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use or pay for the service.

The collected customer data are erased following the completion of the job or termination of the business relationship. Statutory provisions remain unaffected.

We have activated the IP-anonymisation function on this website. This involves the abbreviation of your IP address by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, before the addresses are sent to the US. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP address conveyed by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics’ services is not be merged with other Google data.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses “web fonts” for the uniform representation of fonts. These web fonts are provided by Google. The Google fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google's servers in this respect.

This site uses the map service Google Maps, via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In order to use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary for your IP address to be stored. This information is generally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
